Terms & Conditions - Drop Taxi PY

Fare Calculation & Extra Charges

​One-Way Fares: One-way trip fares are calculated based on a fixed minimum kilometer limit (e.g., 130 km minimum). Extra distance traveled beyond the limit will be charged at the specified per-km rate.

​Round Trip Fare & Coverage: For round trips, a minimum coverage of 250 km per day will be calculated. Any additional distance driven beyond this daily limit will be charged at the applicable per-km rate.

Driver Allowance / Beta: Standard Driver Beta (₹400 for Sedan / ₹500 for SUV) is charged extra for all one-way and round trips.

​Tolls, Parking & Permits: Toll gate fees, parking charges, and state entry permit fees are strictly extra and payable by the passenger based on actual receipts during the trip.

​Hills Station Charges: Trips to hill stations (such as Ooty, Kodaikanal, Munnar, Yercaud, etc.) will attract extra Hill Station Charges. Prices vary based on the destination and vehicle type.

​GST / Taxes: Any applicable government taxes will be added to the final bill as per standard guidelines.

Vehicle Usage, Luggage & Pet Policy

​Pet Policy: Traveling with pets (dogs, cats, etc.) must be informed in advance during booking. Extra charges will apply for pet travel to cover vehicle cleaning and hygiene.

​Luggage Capacity: Luggage space depends on the chosen vehicle type (Sedan / SUV). Heavy luggage exceeding standard capacity must be informed during booking.

​Lost & Found: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our drivers check vehicles after every drop, Drop Taxi PY is not liable for missing items left behind.

​Code of Conduct: Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any illegal activities inside the taxicab are strictly prohibited.
